could be called The Trailer Park Guide to Greed and Exploitation

If you have a shred of humanity or human decency in you then this book is not for you. If on the other hand, you believe that all is fair as long as you make money, then perhaps you might find some of the tips in here useful.
The author's focus is on making money at all costs without regard for his tenants and without regard for ethics of any sort. Exploitation seems to be the name of the game and there are plenty of tips for how to be nasty. He speaks very disparagingly of his tenants and seems to have a screw them before they screw you attitude. Perhaps the author needs to believe that all of his tenants are mean, crazy lowlife in order to justify his tactics for making money off of them.
Since getting and reading this book, I have become very successful in a closely related business. We run clean facilities with amenities, we treat our tenants with respect, and we make a killing.
The irony is that at this price, the author is taking you for the sucker too - and me since I bought it!
Any tips in here worth knowing are not worth the price of having to read the rest of the book to get at them. And they're certainly not worth the price of the book!

This book had some valuable experiences from the author's previous purchases, but didn't have the level of detail that I normally would expect from this type of book. The book really was little more than a brief high level summary of several dozen deals each author had completed.....good general learnings but not a lot of detail.

I purchased this for a college term paper. The material is poor and overall is a scam. Do not buy unless you feel bad for the writer.
